NOTICE OF MEETING
HALIFAX MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The HMC Finance Committee and Strategic Community Health & Facility Planning Committee will meet simultaneously with the Halifax Hospital Medical Center Board of Commissioners meeting on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in the HMC Regional Oncology Center First Floor Conference Room, 303 No. Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Committees or the Board with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The Halifax Medical Center Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 immediately following the 4:00 p.m. HMC Board of Commissioners meeting in the HMC Executive Board Room, 303 No. Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
