It is the mission of the Customer Service department to assist our patients in the understanding of the status of their accounts. We will acquire
the most current & correct billing information to assist in the final settlement of their account.
For your convenience we have a Customer Service representative located in the Admission Office of
Halifax Medical Center, 303 N. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach. The Admission Office is located on the first floor across fromthe information desk, just inside the main lobby.

The Scheduling department strives to provide exceptional service to physician offices and patient’s by scheduling, pre-registering and verifying
insurance prior to service.
