The Halifax MS Care Center is one of only a few hospital-based programs in Florida, and the only one in Volusia and
Flagler countines, affiliated with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
MS Clinic:
Third Tuesday of each month, call for appointment.
Services:
The multidisciplinary team at the
Halifax MS Care Center offers people with MS:
- medical management and symptomatic treatment;
- rehabilitative services including physical, occupational and speech therapy;
- patient and family education;
- neuropsychologic and psychosocial services;
- various resources of the NMSS including peer support, durable medical equipment, educational materials and case management.
