Healthy Communities, is a year-round comprehensive health insurance program for children who are uninsured and who range in age from birth to 18 years. KidCare is comprised of four health care options for parents that includes the Florida Healthy Kids Program, MediKids, Medicaid, and Children's Medical Services Network.
