With two locations, on the first floor of Halifax Medical Center's main campus and at
Halifax Medical Center-Port Orange at 1041 Dunlawton Ave., the Family Health Center is a doctor's office for your whole family. Our physicians specialize in primary medical care, routine medical examinations and
treatment, immunizations, pediatric care, preventative care, and obstetrical care. The Family Health Center isfrom 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment. The Family Health
Center participates in the KidCare insurance program which includes Healthy Kids, MediKids and Children's Medical Services. For information call 386-254-4165. To schedule an appointment call 386-254-4166.
