“Get Well
Soon” Patient E-mail is checked Monday – Friday at 9 a.m. (except holidays). It is delivered to patients around 11 a.m. on those days.
E-mail received after a patient has been discharged will be discarded.
This e-mail service is set up only to receive messages, replies will not be sent and receipt/delivery confirmation will not be
provided. If you need to contact a patient directly, please call the hospital switchboard at 386-254-4000.
All e-mail messages will be treated with as much care and confidentially as possible when
received. However, general Internet e-mail is not secure. Messages of a confidential nature should not be sent via e-mail.
