Heart To Heart is an educational support group offered by the Halifax Heart Center.  The program is free, pre-registration is required. Current and former cardiac patients and their family members are encouraged to attend. Facilitated by Halifax Heart Center Cardiac Educators, the group helps participants learn how to enhance and maintain their heart healthy lifestyle.  The support group meets every other month (Jan/March/May/July/Sept/Nov) at Halifax Medical Center, Regional Oncology Center, 1st Floor Conference Room from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm.
