NOTICE OF MEETING
HALIFAX STAFFING/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
The Halifax Staffing/Personnel Committee will meet at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in the Executive Board Room at Halifax Medical Center, 303 No. Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board/committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

HALIFAX HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The Board of Commissioners of Halifax Hospital Medical Center will hold a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2006, in the Executive Board Room at Halifax Medical Center, 303 No. Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida. A portion of this meeting will be closed to the public to discuss strategic planning pursuant to Florida Statutes 395.3035. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board with respect to any matter considered during the open portion of this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
