Halifax-Fish Community Health is the partnership between the Southeast Volusia and the Halifax Hospital Medical Center taxing districts. The districts were created by the Florida Legislature and assure residents of the Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach areas quality care close to home.

Citizens appointed by the Governor provide policy direction to experienced professionals providing a variety of health care services to the area.
